SCAM Car accident claim scam pretending to be working in association with LV. I played along with this to extract as much info as possible to warrn others. They had a surprisingly and slightly worrying amount of information and data. It would seem there might be a source at LV for this that would know car details and driver details from 2 years ago. I know this as they referred to the principle owner who has passed away during that period and held the policy. I was a named driver during their period.

They offered me a 40% discount on my EE bill. I checked with EE and its a scam, nothing to do with EE. They ask some personal questions (which i refused to answer) then send a generic email, Subject 'EE Upgradation' (im not even sure that's a word, is it) saying Welcome to EE, etc, etc. I hung up and suggest you do the same.

Is British Gas - only 3 days after receiving this call, an engineer was coming to mine to do an annual review of my boiler.
This Asian prat, after asking me my name said in a thick Paki accent. "I have not rung to tell you anything" So I said in that case **** Off and put the phone down. But I was right; this cretin is from Londonistan where 4 out of five residents are from foreign descent. I know of no one in London so why ring me if it s not to try and con money out of me. I am registered with TPS and would never consider buying from a company that refuses to respect that request for privacy. Apart from anything else, a lack of respect for the law in this one respect suggests they may be less than law abiding in others (e.g. building regulations!). Reports on other "nuisance call" sites confirm this firm is best avoided.
