It seems this company is now acting on a new name of pre UK using the same telephone number. These arseholes are also calling my work place. How are they still getting away with it after all these complaints???? Surely something permanent must be done to stop them!!!! I really need them to stop calling my work place as my boss is not happy and its a new job. What can I do that will actually work??

The call was said to be from the police but I would have thought they would not leave the phone number. I would think it would come up number witheld.

After I replied to his questions he said ok have a lovely day an hung up... which I found weird. Genuine call from Halifax fraud prevention. They noticed someone in USA somehow used my card for a very small amount £4.24 (apparently they do this to see if it s accepted) They have cancelled my card and are sending a new one straight away. Excellent service from Halifax
