Fraud, claiming to be from Sky. Asking if I would like to cancel my protection insurance for a one time fee of £65. When I pointed out that I don’t have Sky and enquired if this was another Indian call centre scam call the guy calmed me a MotherF****er and a C*** and several more expletives. I was contacted by a female caller at around 17.00hrs in 29/10/18. I could not understand what she was saying and I asked her to repeat what she had said. She then shouted it but I still could not understand and I said pardon . She then yelled WOW and put the phone down on me. I have been trying to find who this number belongs to so that I can make a complaint.

Called my mother yesterday, stating they were from HMRC. Threatened her saying she owed a bill and if she doesn't pay immediately she would get arrested and go to jail! Shook my mother up but she did not fall for it. BEWARE!!!!!
Had 11 calls yesterday and so far 6 today most calls are silent or just beep and the say goodbye. 1 of the calls I had there was somebody at the other end who said they were from the TPS and wanted to know if I was still getting unwanted calls and I asked what like this one and put phone down but they still persist in phoning sometimes 3 times in the space of 20 minutes

Constant telephone calls to my business number asking for a Miss Caroline Twitch. 14+ calls and counting so far since the start of 2016. Have blacklisted this number from the phone system. Continued requests to have my telephone number removed from their database have been ignored.
SCAM again! Caller had information that I had been involved in a ‘no fault’ traffic accident.
Daily calls for a week. I finally answered it to find it was an energy company trying to get me to switch. After 14 mins on phone I told the bloke I wasn t interested and needed to end the call. The bloke then became very rude and I ended up hanging up on him. Very poor customer service.

I happen to have a fault so nearly fell for it, tried to get me to download a programme which would have infected my computer and obtained bank details. Have informed BT the callers were rude and offensive when I questioned their activity.
