I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). Gentleman had the wrong name and was talking about my existing life insurance policy asked him to remove my number was told this isn t a sales a call its a review of my life insurance policy they did not work for my policy holder as they know to contact me on a different number and normal communication is via email but the simple fact is they are working of old information using my wifes maiden name for my surname really clever
