A man called and said he was representing a company called Red star and that I had an account with barclays that was in areas. I knew he was not speaking the truth so I hang up on him.

Yes, mine was a foreign sounding man too; said the same thing - that he was from windows and my computer was misbehaving. I didn't say anything but just hung up. i suspect if I had gone along with the scam, I would have messed up my computer.

Had a text from this number saying to contact Santander. I later rang my bank direct and they had no record of this. It's a scam!

I asked for 15000 said 84 repayments total repayments around 19000 over 7 yrs wanted 1st month in advance + 524 for tax purposes i paid 624 b4 i went to branch where advised this is a scam i consider myself pretty savvy but i got taken in PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THERE CHARMS i forgot in the heat of the moment " if it seems too good to be true ut usually is f**king scammers beware

Asked about life insurance and tried to start asking questions for a free quote even though I didn't agree, and when I said I'm not interested she put the phone down straight away, rude!

rubbish call asked if we had a boiler that was 5 years old , I replied ours was 4 years old changed their mind and said I could get a replacement boiler because the boiler was out of date , than asked if was on benefits. This is I am sure a Scam.

Fraud - Irish - claiming HMRC and had received a miss call from me !!!

This number is used by some call centre offering all the power sources - gas, electricity... Not interested, blocked it.

I had a call this morning from 01628 349218 stating it was BT's technical dept and my internet will be terminated today. I hung up. Then I received a call from this number about 20 minutes later but there was silence. Hung up immediately. Others have reported this number also has a recorded message about BT's technical dept.
