SCAM Indian woman said she was from carphone warehouse doing a promotion with lots of discount off products. She then said so you have a contract then which one? I said you should already have those details if you're from carphone warehouse at which point she started to stumble and kept asking me what contact. She tried calling 4 times altogether using different 020 London numbers.

Pointed out to them that by storing my information without my consent and cold calling me is illegal and advised they should remove all traces of me from their database and I will be reporting this company. Have now been Called over 17 times, sometimes twice daily by supposed ACM on the following numbers 01619743531 01924928072 02036870287 01619743443, 02036870287, 02037387300, 0203687029, 02036870292 I have reported to ICO, however after googling I feel this is a scam or illicit company as there is no online trace. the most recent time I was called I stated I had reported to ICO and feel harassed I was told to calm down and the operater became aggressive. Report all calls to ICO!!!

A foreign sounding man introduced himself as John Parker and said I was due for refund of bank charges. I gave him my dob (I recently claimed charges and for a second thought it was genuine.)I would never give bank details and said so. I just said Lloyds bank(not true).He said his boss will phone me today. They called this morn and I didn t answer. Dreading the phone ringing now and worried giving my dob was a dangerous thing. He didn t swear but got more impatient as the call went on.
