SCAM / SPAM Claimed to be calling from EON Energy, then changed to Energy Serve Ltd based in Manchester. Calling from a London dialling code - pointed this out to the called who put the phone down on me.
told me i had just bought a iphone 7 and it was being shipped to me . £369.00 ish coming out of my account blah blah .
Scam they say they are from your bank and there is a problem with your account, they ask you to press 1 and you are put through to another person who asks you for your bank details

this number calls a few times a day and hang up when you answer its a joke and should be stopped.
This number keeps calling many times a day. At first they said they were Talk Talk but after we told them we knew they were trying to scam, they now keep calling and then hang up.

Guy called. Said he was from WIP Knightsbridge and that we had talked over a year ago about divide office refurbishment/relocation (we hadn't). I said I was not interested and closed the call. He then rang back three more times before I blocked his number.

I received a call from this number just now. He said he was from a company called Technical Help Service and told me my computer had a virus. He tried to convince me using various methods including running the eventvwr (the errors listed there are not related to viruses!) This is identical to the well known Windows Technical Helpdesk scam. Wanted me to take out a loan to pay off recent purchases rather than continue paying monthly for 52 weeks with no interest. I said I was not interested, three times and then the caller hung up without a thank you, although I am a very good customer.

This number called just before 7.00pm saying I owed approx £86 for Amazon. When I redialled the number it said not recognised.
Scam: they say that the government are refunding ?4000+ then ask for ?100 lawyer s fee to release the funds.Is anyone stupid enough to fall for this?Probably, or they wouldn t be in "business".
