I also bought space bags in march this year. Just received my glossy brochure and letter from Free time, stating they will take ?99.99 from my account. SCAM Fake 'Hermes delivery driver' is scamming people with convincing texts 'Hermes: We attempted to deliver your parcel today and was unsuccessful, to reschedule delivery please follow the link'. On clicking the link the receiver is met with a convincing website that looks almost identical to the Hermes official site where it asks for bank details to make payment for the £1.45 redelivery charge.

Said they were from HMRC and wanted to give me a rebate, I asked for them to send me in writing as I didn't want to give them my bank details over the phone. They hung up pretty quickly when I said as much. Scarily they had my full name etc.
Just spend an hour on the call with them about HMRC fraud against my name. Fraudsters get more and more convincing... 'Legal adviser' transferred me to another number which was looked like a legitimate number of The Royal Courts Of Justice (02079477772). That was fun to talk to them. I even call them back asking for address, so I can come over to them (after lockdown ends) and deliver money in a suitcases. For some reason they hanged up...
This company deals with one of the most common kind of scam - claim compensation for industrial deafness or generally industrial injury claim, there is a lot of such telemarketers but beleive me, it doesn't work. Just a scam, block it.
