Had a call at 12 noon, foreign voice asked for me by name, would not tell me who was calling. He said he needed a few details. Before he could say anymore I asked where he got my phone number from. My elderly grandmother was called by her bank who stopped two transactions of £149.99 by these people, as they looked suspicious. Also beware of Privacy Protect Ltd who called and convinced her to pay £149.99 with her debit card just days before these people took money without her consent.
Just received a call from this number asking for my father , bucase the number they called is a works mobile I explanied that he wasnt available , the operator ( asian male ) then asked me does he give you his phone look after , I replied yes to which he called me a fucker and then hung up , he claimed to be from citizens advice originally !
