He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor. Got a call from this number this morning and they actually left a message - however I couldn't understand what they said as the woman was speaking in a foreign language... added to blocked list.

Got several silent calls from this number. On the final one a woman asked for someone who lived here 3 years ago but obviously only had the surname as she asked for "mr or mrs" - there was no mr. She cut the call off when I said there was no-one here of that name. Have now reported the call to ICO and barred the number from calling me again.
