I recieved a call from a company introducing themselves as Energy Helpline and stated that they were looking to help me out on my Home Phone and Broadband bills. They convinced me to switch to another provider and that I had to pay an amount upfront for an activation fee? Is this normal? Then they stated they had a power cut as soon as I gave those details and they then had to ring me back? Sounds suspicious if you ask me, it has been an hour now. What is happening???

This is a company called Business Advisory Services who appear to be a genuine energy broker but they are aggressive and pushy on the phone. Company called media match, has been phoning repeatedly for weeks, rang them back to a voice recording saying you were called today by media match, the call was not important and we will try again later number blocked
