Been receiving calls from this number at least once a day for a couple of weeks now, only rings once or twice then most times when you answer it hangs up! One occasion I did answer and the Liverpudlian lady at the other end was extremely rude and actually said to me "I don t know who you think you re talking to" when I said I wasn t answering her questions about a car accident!

said he was from the MINISTRY of Justice!, and that I had incurred bank charges and was owed money. wanted to get my first name and date of birth. I didn t pick up but I knew exactly what they were calling for, this was the third time they called me in as many days. Every couple of months EE will try to get me to switch from the £10 Everything sim to something more expensive. I tell them every time that I m not interested in changing at all but they keep calling. Most annoying thing ever- they don t take no for an answer and when I say I m not interested they pretend they didn t hear and keep trying.

Got a call this morning from a lady. I could hardly understand a word she was saying. Thick accent and slow sounding voice. I repeatedly apologised for not being able to understand and asked her to repeat herself. She hung up.

AS with other comments caller wanted to speak to our MD about a urgent financial matter that couldn t be discussed with anyone else. Tasha at CFS business recovery. An obvious giveaway for these types of calls is to ask them to spell the company name phonetically. If they use other words that are not the standard phonetic alphabet then they haven t received the training a proper company would give. CFS was spelt out Charlie, Freddie, Sugar by the caller not Charlie, Foxtrot, Sierra.

This is a scam, they will pretend to be a family member who has swapped phones. They will then ask for a loan of some money to pay an invoice.
