Fraud My mum got a bill for £45 for this number that said she was on the phone for 25 minutes but she's never rang this number. She gets alot of calls that hang up so it might be one of them that has somehow not disconnected the call and reversed the charge. Be wary

.Harassing Cold call . Trying to sell roof insulation. Do I buy from harassing cold callers??? Nope! Knew our name and address. Asked him where he got details - said from database but could not say what. Told him should at the minimum his company should be vetting against telephone preference service. Asked him to remove our details from his database to comply with current GDPR rules. Kept him talking for a good 10 minutes to stop him harassing others during that time

This Asian lady was asking for my debit card details saying that the card was due to expire (she had my name and address) and she wanted to know the new expiry date. I have not had any dealings with the above company for many years so was very suspicious. I put the phone down on her.

I was called by this number and an automated voice told me that I was being prosecuted for tax evasion by the police and asked me to press 1. Claims they are from some housing association what to know if there is damage to your property. When I asked where did they get my number from they mumble some national something. when I said they don't have my number they said all they need to know if my house is damaged. I said they don't even know if my property privately owned. Then they hanged up.

Been receiving calls from this number at least once a day for a couple of weeks now, only rings once or twice then most times when you answer it hangs up! One occasion I did answer and the Liverpudlian lady at the other end was extremely rude and actually said to me "I don t know who you think you re talking to" when I said I wasn t answering her questions about a car accident!
Get constant calls from various numbers asking for "the business owner", unfortunately our number was used by a business about 10 years ago and occasionally appears in searches however that business closed down so they are obviously using old lists, but despite repeated attempts to get them to stop calling us and telling them there is no business at this address and they are ignoring our requests. Always an Asian, usually male, voice.
