spoke to a girl called Meghan, she was polite at first but then became rude and sharp once I said I won t be spending any more money on my adwords. She also laughed at me when I mentioned I m experimenting with it and I prefer to learn by mistakes. She was also eating while speaking to me. Doesn t seem like a company I d ever want to deal with.

I called this number back and there was a very nice message with the phone number to call to opt out. No big deal really.

O2 should to blocking these numbers to their customers.

If they ask for your postcode, refuse to tell them. Also refuse to give your number, or any other information about yourself. Simply state over and over again that they are required to consult the TPS website before calling any number.
