Just been called by this number to inform me my emails are being used by someone in the usa and if I follow his instructions through my computer we can solve this together. Bloody nice chap! However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks. I just had a call from them & never picked it up. Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. Sounded like a call centre. Name of Kayley with a London accent. About extending warranty on my washing machine. My correct name and address was quoted but no specifics regarding make or when washing machine was bought. She didn't identify which agency she represented.
