Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). Just received a call from this number about an accident. When i said i haven t accident was called a liar! Then when i told the gentleman to go away he said i know who you are and where you live! Complete idiots!

i answered this number and the caller said he was from orange calling about my upgrade, I put him off and he called twice more. I talked about my upgrade, he new all my details and gave his opinion on suitable mobiles for me - even advising on my usage and a better phone for me because of it. I contacted orange the day after and they had no record of my call, upgrade or anything about this ? a waste of time and effort if this was a crank call, not sure of the purpose for the scammer but will be checking m

Was called by these guys, They were claiming to holding money owed to me from excess tax charges. And to release this money would involve a small deposit by me for them to process the refund.
