I called this number back and a young man answered, polite enough and answered my questions without any hassle. He said it was a PPI claim company in Manchester. When I asked why it came up as a Dundee (01382) number he said it's automatically routed to main base in Manchester. I've had 3 missed calls from them so did 141 on landline.
Caller rang off when I answered.

I ve had three calls today from 02088523462 five yesterday, every time trying to convince me that they are "Microsoft technical" that my computer is "sending them errors".
