SCAM / SPAM - They phoned me and claimed that I haven't paid my taxes and that I owe £3,900 and with fines that was now around £20,000. For the second time in two days, I received a call from this number, in each case the caller asked if I was the property owner, I went silent to extend the duration and cost of their call and eventually the callers hung up.

Got a call off a man. Ive had loads of calls. All he said was 'hello' and then hung up.
Missed call. Correlating the time and date past calls from this number suggests it's the Just Eat delivery service. However, in December 2021 I received two missed calls from this number even though I hadn't ordered anything that day.
