This number called me and said they were calling about an accident I had within the last 3 years. I asked her what accident would that be? She said you tell me! I said no you seem to know so much about me you tell me. She was so rude. She said don t give me that all you had to say was yes or no. SCAM / SPAM Received a text from this number, +44 7377 428622, saying that I was due a refund from HMRC and providing a link to click on to start the claim process. Fairly clearly a malicious link so I deleted the text - suggest any other recipients do likewise.

Just had a call from this number, saying they were from the Debt Support Group and that I was due to reduce my outstanding payments on my debt!! When I told them that they were incorrect as I had no debt and I asked where they got my details from, they put the phone down. It really annoys me that these people have not got the decency to tell you where they received the information and give you the chance to ask them to remove your details from their database. Grrrrr!!!!

I got called by this number at 18:07. The line was silent and when I hung up it called again. A quick search suggested it was Barclays Bank. An odd time of day for a bank to call! I contacted Barclays via their app for a live text chat. The operator assured me it was a Barclays number and not a scam.
