Phone rang, it was a BT forwarding number, but we didn't answer. Surprisingly a message was left saying 797300982, call when you get this message. I checked all my contacts for their email numbers and this wasn't amongst them, so I have no idea who or what it is. I haven't called back and don't intend to. Any genuine person would have left their name or just rung us on either our landline or mobile 'phone. It's very annoying if scammers are now using BT to forward text messages.

Rings once when you answer, female voice then states they are calling about an accident I was in. I ask them where they got my number from and they hang up. They keep calling, but the last few numbers sometimes change. I'm registered with the TPS and yet still get them. I think Parabis sold my details.

I dialed this number with and without area code but "the number you have dialed has not been recognised" What is BT playing at allowing unregistered numbers to call. I hold them responsible.
