Scam mobile number. After i made a flight booking through OPODO i immediately get a txt message saying my credit card was declined and i was to answer YES to stop future declined. Unfortunately i did reply YES. So this could mean they will use my number for future scam attempts. I already checked my phone for any malware (avg scan). Anything else i should do? SCAM - "John" from "BT" called to help me sort out the issues with our router............he also called me from 01617983874 earlier in the day. When I asked him for a number that I could call him back on he tried to put me through to his supervisor and the phone went dead.
Reported to the ICO as it s against the law to use automated calls when they are unwanted.

Claim to be from "B Investing". Continued with their patter even though I repeatedly said I was not interested. I told them to delete my information and eventually the guy hung up. BUT they will call again using a different number, and a different company name. This is the fifth call like this I have had.

Had a bunch of missed calls from this number. When I finally managed to answer, the person on the other line just said "Goodbye" and the call got disconnected. Come to think of it, it sounded more like a robo-voice than an actual human being. Probably was some computer-generated call. I just wonder what they were trying to accomplish with it?!

I answered today and said the same thing - so checked what information they had on my address etc, and have the correct address, have asked for the information, and will check it out when I receive it. I asked where they had obtained my information from and he said from an online form I had completed, and as I have recently, this would seem feasible, as the databases are available to purchase in the telemarketing world. When I receive the information, I will then check to see if the company that is sending
