02392 910896 number called saying he (indian sounding - and partially broken english) was from Sky (my ISP) asking if I noticed flucktuating BB speeds. I said no, and he went on to tell me why they were. Argued that they wern't. I asked him if he knew that I was suffering from slower internet speeds from what I was paying, then (as he was from Sky) he should be able to tell me what internet speeds I should be getting. Had a cold calI from this number today. I answered the phone, could hear voices in the background. Nobody replied and the line went dead after about 30 seconds. I rang the number back and found out that it belongs to Logic Guard Insurance. I told them that I am registered with the TPS and asked them to take my number off their database. I also said that I will report them if they ring me again. I was told that my number would be removed from their phone list and I won t get any more calls from them. Let s

Receiving calls about boiler replacement every couple of days and I am now about to put it on my Truecall machine. The best ?100 I ever spent. I seldom get nuisance cals these days but as soon as I have time I Google them to check authenticity, then put them on the Truecall if not trusted. I am hard of hearing, most know this and I seldom get calls now unless important.

SCAM - scam call, says it is HMRC and threatens that you will be arrested if you don't follow their instruction.

They began calling last year and I blocked them. Then they call from a different number. They started from a London number 020 something and then they began calling from my town 01308 294566. The last time was 25/02/16. I called the number back but an automated voice told me it was not an important financial matter and hung up. I m a disabled pensioner. It is either an educated young man or a young woman who tries to keep me on the phone and continues to ask me about accidents. I hung up on her.

This company trawl the Internet for car sales adverts the call the seller saying they had been instructed by your insurance company to claim injury compensation, if there are pictures of your car they use the reg mark to try and trick you they are genuine. They are just fishing! Hang up.

A few minutes after my last nuisance call, which was from the Talk Talk impersonators, I got this one - from the p.p.i. pests using a number they had not used for me before. Only a couple of days ago their recorded message was saying it was their final attempt to contact me, but telling lies is habitual for them. I estimate I have had a hundred calls from these people. I look forward to the day they are prosecuted. They are making money out of people s naivety so I hope they get fined heavily.

kept ringing, hung up. its a computer calling many homes at once, and when you pick up, if they have staff available they will talk. if no staff, the call hangs up and calls another 100+ homes. very annoying. if not a scam, probably selling junk or ppi that you wouldnt have bought otherwise. AVOID
