She then shouted it but I still could not understand and I said pardon . She then yelled WOW and put the phone down on me. Fraud Pretending to be HSBC. Knows name of recipient and informs them £600 is being transferred from your account overseas. Caller then tries to obtain your telephone banking security number by asking for the first "four" digits. This is followed by them saying it's not correct and wanting the last four digits. They then have your name, telephone number and security number and can empty your bank account
