Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.

This sounded like an Indian call centre claiming to be from my internet provider regarding faults on my line. Clearly a scam as he hesitated quite a bit when i asked who he was calling from. The number is not recognised if you re-dial it,

Claimed to be researching shopping habits for Havering Borough Council (well they certainly got the council right)would I take part. I said no thank-you and hung up. TPS waste of time

They ring up every week asking if you?ve updated your gas and electric meters to smart meters. I have with another company but if I say that they go on to ask about who it?s with etc. Don?t know about trustworthiness or not because I?ve never heard of their company other than them calling me. I got a call from an indian/Pakistan accent about a loan said he was Darren thought it was to do with family as the area code is the same.

Was sure that it was a Canadian cousin then accepted it wasnt. Asked for £9.00 odd etc etc due to bill , didnt make any sense. I persisted with the likeness (exact) of the females voice and its origins, was told India LOL I know a Canadian accent, I told the thick cow did she think I was thick? and to go and find someone else-I really wanted to use the f word but in case i got it wrong and upset some Indi/adian for nothing (and possibility of getting new phone line cut-off. 99 per cent scam , I think? - Oh
