Report them to ofcom the more complaints that are logged with them the more likely they will do something about it

My car was involved in an accident, 100% liability on other driver & is going through Motability insurance (both cars are on the scheme). So no idea as to why Hastings Direct are calling me & how the heck they got my phone number!! So searched the number & got a lot of responses saying it s marketing, untrustworthy & not to respond! I have had repeated call about 10 per day from the same number, 2 types of calls 1. as per above , that i owe money on credit cards 2. that the government has set up an scheme where they are freezing monthly interest payments on CC or store cards and if you have these cards you can just make a monthly payment to them instead . as i am a financial advisor i keep them talking for ages (appearing to be a bit non financial) after all it runs up their phone bill, then i wrap them in knots using my knowledge,

received a call. answered and no one on the other end, then straight after received another call from another number 01760 624902 with the same thing happening
