Getting several missed calls a week from this no. Starting to get v annoying. Called them back, its a telemarketing co appointed on behalf of charities and some government organisations. The message assured me it wasn t urgent and that they will try to call back.

Often recieve calls claiming to be from Royal Sun Alliance. I recieved a call from a company introducing themselves as Energy Helpline and stated that they were looking to help me out on my Home Phone and Broadband bills. They convinced me to switch to another provider and that I had to pay an amount upfront for an activation fee? Is this normal? Then they stated they had a power cut as soon as I gave those details and they then had to ring me back? Sounds suspicious if you ask me, it has been an hour now. What is happening???
