An Asian voice, poor English spoken, said they were from Open Reach, and needed to check my modem. They made a give-away mistake as they got my internet provider wrong. This is the third call over the last 10 days, saying the same thing. But I didn't make a note of the number until the third time they called, which was today at 4.30 pm.

Continuous calls for about 5 days. Took it eventually and introduced themselves as CPR Marketing Solutions Wanted a rep to come and talk to me about my pension provision which I agreed. I then rang to cancel the meeting and got numerous calls following the cancellation telling me that they could have done better and that "Karma will come round and bite me" for not taking their advice. The person who called me said she was from M$ and "your computer was sending errious....." at that point i polity said "you are a lying cucking custard and i wont let you into my computer" i think i managed to get as far as let you, when she hung up :) normaly i just kept them talking, as that means they waste their time and call cost and some one else avoids being rung for some time. but she caught me at a bad time. An eye lash has been anoying me all night and day, so i was in a no mercy mood.

SCAM Automated voice. Claiming to be from HMRC demanding I call back. Happened directly after I put my phone number into DHL website for a text update on a delivery, which I found a bit suspicious.
Although there are only poll here, I feel disturbed and annoyed. The call again and speak nothing on the answering machine. Then, when someone talks to me and is not placed directly if one wants to conduct a survey.

I received a call from a man with a very strong accent claiming to be from BT to help speed up our broadband. The fact that he greeted me saying ?hi I?m Martin? then 5 minutes later told me his name was John Wilson, was a huge red flag. I can confirm that this is a scam call number as I called the real BT to confirm the number was not affiliated with them. Do not give out any information or allow these scammers access to your computer!
