I ve received a call on my mobile phone today from 0161 939 0236 telling me that I ve had a loan and I m entitled to a refund plus interest because I was mis sold the loan. In the first place neither my husband or myself have had a loan from our bank or on any credit card. The caller went on to name all the credit cards that I could own and from any bank (naming banks) that I may have had a card or loan from. Unsure whether to trust this company. Tried calling back to discuss details sent to me, but no answer on a number of occasions. The website states it s open until 9pm....
Just had a call from this number, saying they were from the Debt Support Group and that I was due to reduce my outstanding payments on my debt!! When I told them that they were incorrect as I had no debt and I asked where they got my details from, they put the phone down. It really annoys me that these people have not got the decency to tell you where they received the information and give you the chance to ask them to remove your details from their database. Grrrrr!!!!

This number rang twice within 15 mins. they didn't speak English but they knew our name.
I had been receiving from this "Choose Lifestyle" too for last few days. Then I contacted my mobile provider. They suggested to call TPS: 0845 0700 707 or go to their website on tpsonline.org.uk and register to block any call-calls. I hope that will be helpful.
