Caller claimed to be from Talktalk legal dept in London, despite being Birmingham number. Said they needed to connect me to their server to investigate illegal access from abroad. Tried to talk me through downloading Teamviewer and give him the ID and password! Rang off when I said I would report to police.

Fraud. This number called my mobile number and it was a recorded message stating that my details had been forwarded to an investigation team into tax fraud. This is a scam.

I get calls from this number almost everyday including Sundays. I even got a call tonight at 7.45pm they never leave a message. It really is harassment, it shouldn t be allowed
Very abrupt chap called Charles said he was from Domestic Appliances and would not let me get a word in edgeways. He said my appliances were no longer covered as my insurance had run out. I asked him which appliance had recently lapsed insurance - he wouldn't answer just said "are all your appliances in working order. I said I already had appliance cover - he put the phone down.

Automated voice saying that I would be arrested for fraudulent activity to do with my national insurance number. They wanted me to press 1 to speak to an officer - I chose not to because I was concerned I would get charged. When the message ended, the call ended. Definitely Fraud/SCAM.

I got a text from what looked like my bank (Santander), saying a lot of money was being taken from my account. It gave this number 03333443057 to call. I called, and they answered HSBC ! I said I thought I was calling Santander, they said I work for both banks (yeah, right!). I said let me have your name and department, I ll call my bank and ask to be put through to you, at which point they promptly hung up.

Got the same call today from an Indian woman called "Jennifer Janet" (like f*ck)stating I had viruses. She would fix them and also upgrade my internet service! (ha ha). I played along with her until she asked me to press certain buttons on my keyboard. I pretended to do so, and when she asked "what message is displayed", that is when I tore into her calling her a scamming Indian ****** and to f*ck off! she hung up! Said they are from carphone warehouse but could be any fraudster trying to gain personal information. Hung up when I refused give personal details and repeatedly said that they shouldn’t be calling TPS registered numbers.
