I was paying for my Mother to have sky, she s recently passed away.I cancelled the subscription and my account stated no marketing calls during the time it was active but not only am I grieving and trying to make all arrangements I m persistently called every day by Sky in Derby. I asked who was calling and the caller continued to pressure me into confirming who I was.
SCAM - fraudsters are using this number pretending to be O2. woman Called, then when I called back (knowing it was 'Mem's Cafe' after a google search), a man picked up with the same accent and didn't seem to care nor want to investigate - so assuming he's involved and is using the number in the same way.
Claimed our website has errors and asked to speak to someone in charge so I demanded details which she couldn t give, I kept her on the phone for a while (I was bored so thought I d wind her up a bit) told her not call again.
Regal fish are a great ompany - and I have ordered off them many times. They do not cold call - they always check if OK to do the follow up call when next in the area. I am over 500 miles from Grimsby - they deliver all over the UK - fresh.
