Received a call straight after saying that they were calling on behalf of my provided and asked me for the expiry date of my bank card, when I asked why she got shirty with me and put me onto her 'verification manager' he then asked the same question and when I asked what the call was regarding he basically said he was putting me on a new contract 3 times more than what I am on. SCAMMERS. I have just been called by them. They knew who to ask for, but it was an unsolicited call "checking my details" to see if they were up to date. The man with a foreign accent (I know that doesn't mean anything necessarily) seemed unconfident and not quite right somehow. It was unlike any bank call I have ever received.
