This number calls me frequently. They claim to be Call Blocking Department. They appear to have my name but do not pronounce it correctly. I tell them I'm not interested, and ask them not to call me again. Irony of ironies, they keep calling. Without any firm evidence, I would say it reeks of a scam.

Called today and left voicemail supposedly from my bank about suspicious credit card transactions, one £300 at Amazon and one £1,100 with an international currency transfer service. It is a scam - fraud office of bank does not phone and leave a pre-recorded message!

This is a scam phone number sending fake txt messages supposedly from my child asking me to whatsapp them on a new number listed within the message, even though its been sent from 07704242830. Not the brightest of scammers!
Fraud. A recorded voice told me that my visa card was being used to purchase something in the region of £600. I was supposed to press '1' but the voice didn't say what for!! I tried calling the number but it doesn't exist. Beware!

Well, nobody has been trying to call me when I was at home, and as I check my phone whenever I've been out, then I know for sure that it's nonsense so I just hung up. Called me and implied that they were operating on behalf of my estate agent and this was the 'next step' in the purchase of my new property. Tried to get my address details claiming that it was all part of 'data protection' - when I said 'heck no - I'm not giving you any details' then they doubled down on the the claim that they were operating on behalf of my estate. Very upsetting.
