Believe it to be a scam as they did not identify me or give appropriate details about my account before they went into their 'rant'. This is not the first time they have called (2 other have been received around same time each day (9:15am to 9:30am) so some automated call scheduler is involved.

When I answered the caller (automated I assume) just hung up - so I assume this is an extended warranty type of call as others have mentioned. Answered this call since it seems they've been phoning EVERYDAY, they asked for someone but being hard of hearing I asked to clarify and they got snotty and hung up on me. When you try to phone the Warrington 01925 number again it just plays music at you. These people need to stop... That are so bloody rude!!
