Receiving 4-5 calls from this number every day, automated, regarding energy efficient gas boiler. It says press 2 to book appointment or 9 to stop receiving these calls. I have pressed 9 several times, makes no difference and have pressed 2 twice and tried to explain I have a new boiler only for them to put the phone down!!!! Sick to the back teeth of them.

This is Boots trying to sell directly. Boots use automated dialing and will call every day. If you pick up you ll get music until Boots have a sales guy available. If you hang up boots will just call again. You cannot call them back (its a machine). Boots will never stop calling you, even if you ask them. The only way to make them stop is not buy againthing from Boots or Boots.com. If you have done, your screwed.

this is a scammer! i researched about this number and apparently the guy wants to swap cars and asking for personal details.
Recorded female voice saying that "they" have been trying to contact me, and my phone will be disconnected within 24 to 48 hours, and to press 1 for more info. Similar call received yesterday from 01 1679 422 549. The caller does not give her name or her company. Obviously dangerous.Just hang up.

I did not give my details but asked why he had called me and he put the telephone down. I rang back but it just rings and rings. I put the phone down before hearing the full message but on ringing back later got no response/dead line. This seems like it is a hoax designed to get people's personal details.
