Best advice I can give is BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK the muppets. They disputed my PPI Claim as they offer Repayment Option, only changed the name in 2008 so got company sorting it now. Had my card 11 years so know I m owed thousands & Im not payin em a penny more till sorted. My hubby paid approx 680 over 7 years on his natwest & got ?2,196 back. Have received several calls to both a Vodafone and BT mobile number. Irritating sounding English woman called Julie, who requests information regarding the car accident someone had at the address. Obviously seeking information to scam folk out of, probably money. Reporting yo ofcom as this is a disgusting trap and highly annoying!!

I answered this all on my mobile and they hung up immediately so I rang from a land line and was told by an automatic message that I had won vouchers and/or and Ipad.
