This is 100% M&S finance. I called them about some money they owed me, on the number 0800363400, the recptionist said someone would call me back about my querery. When I got the call back (30 mins later) it was from this number 03459000900.

Indian sounding guy, Sam , told me he was from BT and that my internet was downloading viruses, I played along with him for a bit, he asked me how many lights were flashing on my router, I said 57... he asked me what colour they were, I said purple, but I might be wrong as I m colourblind! I could tell he was getting narked by this (as he thought he was on to a good one initially), I then told him he should be ashamed of himself, and that he was a class A, 5 star C*NT!

One of many "helping with an insurance claim in the last three years " they introduce themselves by company and name but will not repeat if asked. Insisting I have an unresolved claim . It was on his database so it must be true. They also get aggressive. Would love to stop them altogether, I would hate to think these people older members of our population.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1792917xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI claims (also reclaim money from holidays) / insurance marketing / energy schemes. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?
