Silent call
This number called me yesterday, and several times today. I picked up the most recent call and a girl laughed down the phone and hung up. No attempt to sell me anything or talk about pensions, as other comments have said, just straightforward nuisance call. Have now blocked them.

As per the comment they made on the 8th Dec 2016 to "hannah" makes me think how many friends do they really want to make. AO.com are one of not the cheapest supplier of domestic electrical goods. there is a reason for that. Two weeks after delivery I am still getting calls (even though I told them no) to try and sell you an extended warranty policy.... sent messages back basically tell them to get lost and stop calling... and yet the continue to call.

.Harassing Cold call . Trying to sell roof insulation. Do I buy from harassing cold callers??? Nope! Knew our name and address. Asked him where he got details - said from database but could not say what. Told him should at the minimum his company should be vetting against telephone preference service. Asked him to remove our details from his database to comply with current GDPR rules. Kept him talking for a good 10 minutes to stop him harassing others during that time

Trusted to answer as it's a number local to me. Turned out to be an automated message claiming to be from VISA payments to say that my card had been charged £300 to Amazon and £1100 to Western Union, encouraged me to press 1 to dispute charges. Decided it was going to be a phishing scam and hung up.

Machine voice states from Amazon regarding suspicious activity on my Amazon account for value of £1015 on a card recently used on my account. Press 1 if I placed the order, press 2 to be transferred to the cancellations team. I believe this is a scam.

SCAM This number is the same as mine for the first seven numbers but then the last three keep changing. I have been called numerous times by these people, always changing the last three digits. It is totally a scam, telling me i will be arrested if i don’t press 1, a warrant will be issued blah blah blah.
