These people have called me several times in the past few days and I picked up was saying hello for a couple of minutes before they asked for me by my surname (how they got this I want to know) and then proceeded to tell me they were wanting to ask me a survey on my home insurance. when I told them I do not own a home I live with my mum (im 23 years old) and therefor do not have home insurance the guy was like oh oh ok. Received an automated call telling me that this is a message from the HMRC. They are investigating me for tax fraud apparently and if I didn't press '1' a warrant will be issued for my arrest immediately. Disgusting and very dangerous, but nice of them to let me know.

Totally unnecessary attitude to customers. I had a 5 minute call where they failed to hang up but left me a message on an answerphone - I think I heard the F word three times, and had to put up with poor singing too!

Kept on getting calls to my landline from this number. The caller keeps on asking for a Mr Clark. I have informed them many times that this person does not live at this address and to stop calling me. It is very frustrating when you keep on receiving these nuisance calls, especially when my number is ex-directory and I have registered it with TPS.

This number rang my mobile and I usually dont pick up unrecognised numbers but my partner is in hospital therefore I did but didn't speak, line stayed quiet from other end for about 10/15s then hung up!
I was called on my mobile by this number on Friday morning 22/11/13 - they hung up when i answered. They rang back late afternoon - but i was in the pub and it was a bit noisy so i went outside but the christmas lights were being turned on in Kikby town centre and there was lots of noise - music, kids etc.. so it was noisier outside the pub than inside. Courier / Post office - Received txt message from this number stating originator was Royal Mail advising me to pay unpaid shipping fee to customs by going to https://customsfee.co.uk website which my AV software detected as a deceptive site. Assuming scam territory!
Number unknown, which I usually ignore but as I m waiting for an overnight package I wondered if it was them calling re delivery, so I answered. It was a female caller with (what sounded like) a Chinese accent. She said she was calling on behalf of Telephone Preference Service. I didn t believe it and hung up - but they have rung another twice since then (4 hours ago.)
