Seem to be getting calls regularly from London based businesses and restaurants - I have no relation or prior involvement with? Puzzled - number masking?

Fraud My mum got a bill for £45 for this number that said she was on the phone for 25 minutes but she's never rang this number. She gets alot of calls that hang up so it might be one of them that has somehow not disconnected the call and reversed the charge. Be wary

Been receiving calls from this number at least once a day for a couple of weeks now, only rings once or twice then most times when you answer it hangs up! One occasion I did answer and the Liverpudlian lady at the other end was extremely rude and actually said to me "I don t know who you think you re talking to" when I said I wasn t answering her questions about a car accident!

SCAM This number is the same as mine for the first seven numbers but then the last three keep changing. I have been called numerous times by these people, always changing the last three digits. One number out of an influx of numbers calling me and hanging up - scamming Paki bastards in scam call-centres routing their calls through unused UK phone numbers to pretend that they're legitimate companies to try and fish for your personal details and use them for fraud. Having received a call from this number I decided to call the number back, it was connected to a Pension Claims company, however as I have started to notice if you listen to the full message you can remove your details by pressing X/#... so will see if this works.
