02392 910896 number called saying he (indian sounding - and partially broken english) was from Sky (my ISP) asking if I noticed flucktuating BB speeds. I said no, and he went on to tell me why they were. Argued that they wern't. A indian man called "Michael" rang saying he was from my television company, and he was going to reduce my repair and maintenance insurance for my television from ?7 to ?5. He then checked my name and address and was going to transfer my to his manager to take my payment details! What a load of rubbish and a scam! Michael said I was selected in the area as I was a senior citizen! what a scam. I hung up, but please warn elderly friends or family. thank you.
