On informing them that the person doesn't live here the phone was put down . I'm not with BT either . My Location Leicestershire Called on Thursday at 10.10 Block and report these scammers .

Was a csll from elderly help line. They monitor elderly homes etc for example my nan has a button she can press if she has fallen over or needs help.
Rings many times a day if do answer then just silent call and hangs up after a few seconds
I asked who was calling, and they didn't answer, launching into some prepared speech that I'd be receiving something in the mail in two to three days about taxes. I suspect it was scam of some sort, but just told them I couldn't hear them properly and hung up.
