Claims to be from national crime prevention scheme but I recognised the voice as that of a scammer that sells advertising in Police, Fire Brigade and Ambulance service magazines.
Fraud claimed to be Amazon fraud team saying that a mobile phone had been purchased from my account. Checked the app and no such transactions so challenged her and she hung up.

Dropped the call as soon as it was answered.
Received call form this number and called back to see who it was. Apparently it is the company that handles upgrades on behalf of T-Mobile. They had called me in error as I am with O2. No problems when I informed them of this.
Have had a text with a link stating I have had funds added to my accident claim and to click the link for more info. Haven’t as I don’t recognise the number. Be cautious
