SCAM - OFCOM Internet Conection Called pretending to be OFCOM with a convincing sounding recorded message from a very nice lady that my internet connection had been hacked and would terminate in 24hrs. Then requested I press "1" to resolve the situation. Absolute scam - the number is local to Solihull and is unobtainable if dialled. Delete and block immediately !!!

This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. Silent call. Received a call from (07458 148209) on my mobile, although very few people know my mobile number. When I managed to answer there was nothing to be heard from the caller's end so I assumed it was some dodgy scammer. SCAM Call This is a scam number. It is a Broadband scam. They a message first states your broadband is being hacked and has large actvities being undertaken on the broadband. It then askes you to press 1 to talk to someone in the technical team. I pressed 1 and a man with an indian accent stated that i should get my computer so he can guide me on what to do to rid the broadband hackers. I hung up the phone on this request.
