This Asian lady was asking for my debit card details saying that the card was due to expire (she had my name and address) and she wanted to know the new expiry date. I have not had any dealings with the above company for many years so was very suspicious. I put the phone down on her.

A man claiming to work for Sky media told me that my internet connection had been compromised as there were apparently other people accessing my network. I was told that this person needed to access my account to block these people from using my internet connection. I told him that I could see which devices were using my network by logging in to my account (which I did while I was talking to him). Trusted to answer as it's a number local to me. Turned out to be an automated message claiming to be from VISA payments to say that my card had been charged £300 to Amazon and £1100 to Western Union, encouraged me to press 1 to dispute charges. Decided it was going to be a phishing scam and hung up.
