called about PPI that I was owed but weren t able to provide any details of when (or if!) I had taken out a loan and didn t know who I banked with. DO NOT TRUST!

I ve had numerous phone calls and letters from this company demanding money for an advertisement the say I agreed to and that our conversation had been taped. I then asked for a copy of the tape as I have no recollection of agreeing to an advert. The caller then became very aggresive. This is the fourth company this year trying the same tactics with me. All pure scams. I have no intention of paying them. I am now being harrassed by Ocean Marketing trying the same scam..has anyone heard of them?

PPI Claims company. You are given an option to remove your number from their sysytem by pressing 9 on your phone. Time will tell if thats so!

This number IS Fowlers Car Finance calling from their Stoke on Trent office. I made an application with them last year, then cancelled due to receiving very adverse comments and warnings about dealing with them regarding any finance deals. I recieve calls weekly still having called them to stop and e-mailed. I am now making a formal complaint to The FSO seeking compensation for Harassment, I would ask others to do the same and let these scum now they have been rumbled

Female, works with man who goes by pseudonym dennis wagner with email address at [email?protected] Caller claimed Mr. Wagner was her lawyer. Tried to bait me to give her lawyer my account information to give him a whopping 6000$ to set up contract with her to run her "business". She called me once from a number that contained the Nigerian country code 234. SCAM!!! She has Facebook texted (then closed Facebook account), then emailed me, then called me after I requested so. Most calls from her came from VOIP

I was called by someone calling himself "Yogi" allegedly from Carphone Warehouse and I renewed my contract through him with Vodafone. The incentive being a substantial cash back deal. The cheques never appeared and Vodafone do not know anything about the deal (so they say). Vodafone are refusing to honour the deal and I have reported them to trading standards and the communications commission as they are saying they cannot see on their system who renewed the contract. when I answer a call from this number, they automatically dial another number which I would no doubt have to pay for if I did not hang up immediately. I hope these kind of calls can be stopped. I have, in the past, been called by the same method and have been charged for a premium rate number.

Received a couple of calls over the last two days from this number - missed calls on my mobile. Entered the number into search engine and found these comments - very useful.
