This is actually Santander. I just had £400 of bank charges refunded by them over the phone and had my online banking on to check the refunded had been made at the same time. They asked for part of my date of birth and address, which they have to do to check the right person answered the phone. I managed to keep them on the line for 13 minutes whilst they gave instructions on running EventViewer as "proof" of all of the "Internet viruses infecting my computer" then the LogMeIn account that they would use to install malware on my machine. This is so that I could enter the 9-digit account on the "Abuse" section on LogMeIn.com to get it shut down... very important!
