A man claiming to work for Sky media told me that my internet connection had been compromised as there were apparently other people accessing my network. I was told that this person needed to access my account to block these people from using my internet connection. 99% SURE ITS A SCAMMER My phone ID'S them as "West One Hair and Beauty" of Norwich. Caller claimed to be from O2, about my bill and saving me money on my Vodafone. TELSTAR, and Virgin mobile accounts. When asked when Caller ID says they are a hairdressers, they immediately hung up.

The Caller is Fast Track PPI Claims which is a Company involved in handling PPI Claims. They are genuine - I used a link on Facebook to their site to request a pack, which I got within a few days. They keep calling because I am yet to fill out the paper work (Decided to do it myself)

Claimed to be from Citizen Advice Bureau Manchester.
Amy claimed be be from a domestic appliance insurance company and wanted me to renew my policy with them. I've never had such a policy for any of my domestic appliances. I suggested to Amy that she might consider earning an honest living instead of makingthese spam phone calls to innocent people. She she didn't understand me and hung up.

I answered but didn't say anything as could tell it was a machine. Line then went dead. Suspected spam/scam.
Been receiving calls from this number at least once a day for a couple of weeks now, only rings once or twice then most times when you answer it hangs up! One occasion I did answer and the Liverpudlian lady at the other end was extremely rude and actually said to me "I don t know who you think you re talking to" when I said I wasn t answering her questions about a car accident!
