Getting several missed calls a week from this no. Starting to get v annoying. Called them back, its a telemarketing co appointed on behalf of charities and some government organisations. The message assured me it wasn t urgent and that they will try to call back.
Spam caller claiming to be from Vodafone (my mobile contract isn't with Vodafone), wanting my bank details so they could apply a discount to my contract. Very persistent - when I told them I didn't know my postcode they called back the following night. Even provided me with a (mobile!) number I could call to check that they really were Vodafone.
Claimed to be from HSBC saying bank account locked. Checked with bank. Another scam.

this number showed up at work, noted. refund bank charges, which I am sure my bank would have informed me! asking for your bank name and number, he was rude, and said UK Finance Dept, UK Government are refunding. Its a SCAM and hung up. Just waiting for him to call me again, and I will be rude too.

Ring their phone: you ll find the voice message is by teenager who can barely read the script. The script is by someone who can t write - "If you have had A accident...". I have been called 3 times by this number today. It is highly irritating as I drive a lot. No one there when I answered the third time of them calling. I called back to a recorded message with an American accent saying This number is out of service . My guess is that they are testing to see if the number is in use and you will get a load of marketing text messages once this number is answered or called back which I recommend you do neither.
