Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618148xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Legal Advice Centre, RTA - traffic accident, PPI, insurance claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?
Similar number 3330459804 is already reported here with bank fraud department - probably this one is the same case, same call centre? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?

Like others on here, I frequently post things for sale on Gumtree. Today, after posting an item, I received a text from this number, asking me to contact them by email. I did (but as I smelled a rat from the get go, I used an alternative email address that they can spam as much as they like) - and they replied almost instantly and very similarly to what others have received from them:- "Thanks for getting back to me,am really new to buying things on Gumtree i want the camera, i would like you to answe
