SCAM A bot stating to be the HMRC claiming fraudulent activity had been resisted in my name. I just ignored it. Could very well be legit but it was a very shady way of going about a call.

Scammers!!!! They called my grandmother regarding a PPI claim, telling her in order to claim she would need to put £400 on a travel card (this was their agency 'commission' apparently), and they would come to her home (beware, they already knew her address) to exchange the travel card for her "PPI compensation cheque". Thankfully we've taught her well and she called me first to ask if I thought it was a scam.

this company phoned my mums house phone and asked for somebody who doesn t even live in her house when she told the guy this he got abusive with her she asked to be removed from the calling list and his reply was no he wont and who cares anyway and put the phone down on her this company needs to rethink who they hire for customer services its bad enough being cold called but no need for abuse
It is IQ ERP part of the Interquest Group. I am guessing they are an Oracle recruitment specialist or a recruitment firm. They called me and I ignored it. Then I received an email from the consultant who called.

'Lloyds Bank' are not in my contacts list. I failed to find on my smartphone a phone number this message came from. I "Blocked sender' on smartphone, will also inform Lloyds directly.
